Manor House | West Wing

The Manor House is the heart of the hamlet, a grand yet welcoming retreat, full of warmth, colour, and charm. With space for family gatherings, celebrations, or relaxed weekends away with friends, it’s a house that feels both impressive and inviting from the moment you step through the door.

Downstairs, you’ll find a generous living room with a fireplace, as well as a further garden room with a giant television, perfect for cosy evenings in. A fully equipped open plan kitchen and dining room, sets the scene for memorable shared meals that stretch long into the evening.

Upstairs, there are four beautiful bedrooms, each with its own character and comfort:

Bedroom 1 – Super-king bed with en-suite
Bedroom 2 – Super-king or twin beds
Bedroom 3 – King bed
Bedroom 4 – Bunk beds 
Plus a stylish family bathroom completes the upper floor.

Outside, a large private garden wraps around the back of the house, offering plenty of space for dining, lounging, and soaking up the peaceful surroundings. Two wood-fired hot tubs provide the ultimate indulgence, perfect for unwinding under the stars.

The Manor House blends traditional charm with relaxed luxury  – think rich colours, patterned fabrics, roaring fires, and thoughtful touches throughout. It’s a house made for gathering, celebrating, and slowing down in comfort and style. Guests also have full use of the site’s facilities: swim in the outdoor pool, relax in the sauna, stretch in the studio, or get creative in the workshop. And when you’re ready to explore, South East Cornwall’s beaches, coastal walks, villages, and amazing food are all just a short drive away.
