The Pool

Yes! The outdoor pool is heated during the summer months up until the end of October half-term.

The pool will remain open all year round – perfect for a cold-water swim in the cooler seasons (especially after a sauna session).

Is there a lifeguard on duty?

No – the pool is unsupervised, so swimming is at your own risk. We kindly ask guests to be mindful and take care.

Can children use the pool?

Absolutely but all under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I have a picnic in the pool area?

We ask that no food or picnics are brought into the pool area. There are plenty of lovely spots around the hamlet that are perfect for outdoor snacking or picnicking.

Are drinks allowed by the pool?

We ask guests not to bring glassware or open drinks into the pool area for safety reasons. Reusable water bottles are welcome – and if you’ve forgotten yours, we have some lovely ones available to purchase on-site.

The Saunas

How do I book the sauna?

Our saunas are available to book in 50-minute slots, with a maximum of six people per session. Sessions cost £12pp.

Saunas must be booked at least 2 hours in advance (please let us know during office hours), and are available on the hour between 9am – 5pm. Saunas can be booked by either messaging, emailing or simply popping in to our office.

What kind of sauna is it?

We use electric HUUM saunas, which create a soft, even heat. Guests are welcome to splash water over the stones for added steam, creating that classic sauna experience.

What temperature is the sauna set to?

The saunas are set to a comfortable 75°C, but you’re welcome to adjust the temperature during your session to suit your preferences.

Are they any restrictions on using the sauna?

Yes, unfortunately for health and safety reasons, only guests aged 16 and over can use the saunas.
